If you've been reading kstyle for awhile you know that I
absolutely love cake stands. You probably also know that I
am NOT a baker. So it makes sense that I would be totally
attracted to the gorgeous ceramic cake stands by potter Frances
Palmer and these amazing holiday "art" cakes by artist Susan
Morgan which you can find at a kstyle favorite The Artful Home.
Yes they are a bit spendy but ooooh so sweet. enjoy, k

factor. had no idea their would be such a wealth

Holiday Scramble,Day 12

Yay, we made it. The twelve days of xmas holiday
scramble is over and what fun it has been. My last
letter is an L and again something edible. I love
this cake which you can find at marthastewart.com and
If I could I'd divide it up into pieces for all who came
to play and participate in our holiday scramble.

So let the emails and the guesses begin. But
don't forget. You'll need to hop on over to holly's
plate one more time for the very last letter.
Happy unscrambling. k

Holiday Scramble, Day 11

Another monogram treat for today's letter H. You have
no idea how many monogram products there are. It has
been so hard to choose the ONE each day. So when our
contest is over I'm going to do a montage of all the poor
initials that didn't make the cut. And you can find these
custom truffles at weddingfavorites.com. enjoy, k

And don't forget to skip on over to hollys plate for today's
second letter. Wow we're winding down. One more day and
then let the emails and the guesses begin. k

Napastyle

I couldn't post just one photo from this darling online
store called napastyle. And these are just a few of so
many cute products. Plan on spending a few minutes on
this pretty extensive site. Lots of eye candy to navigate
here. enjoy, k

I was browsing favorite blog atelier 455 when I spotted
a wonderful online store called Emma Bridgewater. The
alphabet mug above is just one of an entire line and each
letter is uniquely designed. It's worth taking a moment
to check them out. Would be a perfect gift for co-worker
or the coffee lover in your life. k

And don't forget to visit holly's plate and grab today's
second letter. Only two more days and four letters to
go.

today's second letter.

Holiday Scramble, Day 7

I love the whole cupcake craze so it seemed only fitting
that today's letter Y should be of the cupcake variety.
To really get the whole idea though you need to hop on
over to the sprinkles site to check out the j and o. Yum, k
And don't forget to wander on over to holly's plate. I'm
sure she's up to some major fun. Loved the krinkle's alligator

Holiday Scramble, Day 6

My "happy place"? Absolutely. And with an R for Robinson
there can be no mistake that the chair is calling my name.
You can find this little piece of floating paradise at horchow.
Now all I need is the swimming pool to go with it. k r

And don't forget to go next door to holly's plate for today's
second letter.

Gift Bag Addiction

Just got back from a gift exchange party and this
darling gift bag santa from Papyrus held my gift which
had to be made of paper. I had all sorts of xmas gift tags
and a pack of xmas thank you cards jammed into santa's
backpack. Very cute and as usual had more trouble parting
with the gift bag than the gift. k

Holiday Scramble, Day 5

I love this and I want this and yes I know I would have
to change my name to wear it but it would almost be
worth it. There is just something so fluid and stylized
about the O that you just can't get in the other letters.
So if you are one of the lucky ones like Oprah or Orla you
can find this gorgeous necklace at Tiffanys of course, O
whoops I mean k

And don't forget to meander over to hollys plate for
today's other letter. I can't wait to see what she posts!

The Perfect Gift, Sundance

I love the rough hewn style of these gorgeous earring
trees, a signature item from the Sundance catalog. Add a
pair of their handcrafted earrings and I think you would
have the perfect gift. At least for me anyway. Plan to spend
a bit of time browsing this amazing resource. Many fine
artisans are featured here. k
