Okay guys, This is my idea of the ultimate restaurant. Ithaa (The Pearl) is the first of its kind in the world and sits 5 meters under the water at the Hilton Maldives Resort and Spa. The food is as good as the view. If you ever do manage to get to the resort, try to get a reservation for the evening (it's pretty booked). It's unlike anything I've ever experienced here and I live in the Maldives. For a review of the hotel by a local magazine, check out my link...

Love the idea of an underwater restaurant. Having a massive stingray staring at you while you eat is surreal.
THose chocolates are to die for! The colorful jewelery is totally wow, the metal criters are so cute and those birdhouses are just amazing!
